
Martin Dell
Martin Dell, from Hertfordshire, England, has over 30 years of experience in soccer coaching and management, alongside a solid sales and marketing background.
In his second year as head coach, Dell led the Louisburg College men's soccer team to its first NJCAA Division 1 National Championship with a 24-1 record, earning accolades as Regional Coach of the Year, District Coach of the Year, National Tournament Coach of the Year, and NSCAA National Coach of the Year.
In his first year, Dell guided the team to become Regional and District Champions, qualifying for the National Tournament, and received the District Coach of the Year award.
Previously, Dell was the Varsity coach and PE teacher at Sidwell Friends School in D.C. He also served as the Director of Youth Development for the Richmond Kickers and head coach of the Richmond Kickers Future PDL team, achieving over 50 wins in five seasons, including Mid-Atlantic division and Eastern Conference championships in 2003 and 2005.
Dell owned and directed Coerver Coaching of Virginia for 14 years and held various roles, including assistant men's soccer coach at Randolph-Macon College, varsity girls' head coach at Manchester High School, ODP head coach for Regions 1 and 3, and Director of Coaching for the Richmond Strikers Girls Travel program and the Richmond Capitals Soccer Club.
